Radio Ad Script Form

This form’s purpose is to specifically create a spoken word radio ad.  It will create this ad for you, and the radio station, so that your ad can air exactly as needed.

Radio stations have specific production rules, and so does Labor Certification.  This form bridges the two.  When filled out correctly, it will generate the ad and send you a copy for review.  Once acceptable, we’ll send it to the station to make an MP3.

Don’t repeatedly fill out the form, if you need a template use this one. (link to template).

Radio Ad Submission Form

Fill out this form to create the radio ad script for your PERM Radio Ad. This is a standard format for the PERM Radio Ad. Filling out each field will produce an spoken word script that says: "Company Name" in "City Name" is seeking a "Job Title" to perform "Job Duties", Requires "Educational Requirements", "Experience requirements", To apply, "Job Application Method" to "Contact Name" at "Address" or "Fax" or "Email Address".
  • This section will output ad text that reads like "Company Name is seeking a"
  • This section will ad the ad text "in job location city name"
  • This section will make the ad say "job title to perform the following duties"
  • List these as spoken word & don't abbreviate words, they will throw off the timing of the MP3 and result in a rejection by the radio ad production team at the station. Remember, keep it short so it fits within 30 seconds.
